Founder & Medical Director
Evans Aboagye is a distinguished medical researcher with an MPhil in Chemical Pathology and extensive experience in oncological imaging. His journey began with groundbreaking research in Ghana, where he witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of late-stage cancer diagnoses in underserved communities.
Driven by his research findings that revealed the urgent need for accessible cancer screening, Evans founded Imaging for Hope International to bridge the gap between advanced diagnostic technology and the communities that need it most.
His vision extends beyond traditional healthcare delivery – he believes in empowering communities through education and making early detection a reality for everyone, regardless of their geographic location or economic status.

Five pillars that guide our mission to transform cancer care in Africa
Bring screenings (ultrasound, mammography) directly to remote areas, eliminating geographic barriers to healthcare access.
Workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on early detection and prevention strategies.
Study cost-effective imaging techniques specifically designed for low-resource settings.
Collaborate with local clinics, governments, and global health organizations to maximize impact.
Push for policies that improve cancer care equity and accessibility across African nations.
We combine advanced imaging technology with grassroots community engagement, focusing on regions often overlooked by larger NGOs while empowering communities through education, not just screenings.
Measuring success through lives saved, communities empowered, and transparent governance
